Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Job Opportunity

Kimmie Style Productions is searching for a charismatic and experienced leader to become part of our team as a CEO (Chief Executive Officer). The Chief Executive Officer will be closely working with the Board of Directors, acting as the central channel between the different departments within the company, and serve as the managing director of operations (Indeed, 2017). The ideal candidate has previous experience in advising a medium-sized corporation and has demonstrated success in effective strategies and team management (Indeed, 2017).


CEO (Chief Executive Officer) Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead the company in carrying out the vision designed for the company by the Board of Directors (Indeed, 2017).

  • Collaborate with high-level officers to advance the business, enhance it, and continue to ensure its sustainability (Indeed, 2017).

  • Work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to develop annual budgets, research potential risks on investments (Indeed, 2017).

  • Report to the Board of Directors regarding any findings on investment risks and returns (Indeed, 2017).

  • Follow legal guidelines and in-house handbook to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics (Workable, 2017).

  • Strategize and implement plans to complete short-term and long-term objectives (Workable, 2017).

  • Structure, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the company to improve overall operation and efficiency (SHRM, 2017).

  • Manage quality control throughout the company, setting goals for each department in cooperation with division leaders (Indeed, 2017).

  • Be knowledgeable of the company’s market and industry to enhance company objectives


CEO (Chief Executive Officer) Key Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of related experience in event production and management (WWE, 2017).

  • Bachelor degree or Master degree in Business Management or related field of study (WWE, 2017).

  • Advance experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create positive partnerships and work effectively across all levels of management (WWE, 2017).

  • Be an effective listener (Chung, 2017).

  • Willing to take premeditated risks (Chung, 2017).

  • Able to think outside the box (Chung, 2017).

  • Confident and optimistic in carrying the company forward (Chung, 2017).

  • Analyze different business situations and take appropriate action (Chung, 2017).

  • Motivated to coach employees to successfully aid in leading the company (Chung, 2017).

  • Understands the company’s different business functions (PR, Marketing, Finance, etc.) (Chung, 2017).

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills (Chung, 2017).

  • Pro Wrestling knowledge preferred
